An employee or (sub)contractor scorecard can be the most significant parts of a Home Performance or Weatherization organization. They include the key performance indicators (KPI) of an employee or contractor working in an organization. At CEDA, we based ours on the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) Job Task Analysis (JTA). Our scorecard not only helps us measure the performance of each and every employee. It has also become a pivotal part of our career path which defines various bonus system, promotion and fringe benefits. This session will also address adapting this approach to account for managing teams remotely.
