Welcome to NHPC22! Below, we've compiled a list of important information to make your conference experience as smooth as possible. Please carefully review all information ahead of your travel.

Registration Information

What you need to know for getting checked in. 

Health Check In - Go here FIRST

The health check in is located in Music Row 4. This must be completed before you visit the main registration line. Here you will present your QR code from CrowdPass.


  • Sunday, April 10: 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, April 11: 6:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Registration is up the escalators on level 2. Here, you will present your attendee QR code. This will be emailed to you on Thursday, April 7 and again on Sunday, April 9.

Home Performance Counts Green Tour

Home Performance Counts, the joint educational initiative between the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), hosts a LIVE High Performance Homes Tour in conjunction with the Building Performance Conference 2022. Join us for a half-day tour of Nashville-area high performance homes. See the latest in strategies to produce efficient, healthy, comfortable and beautiful homes. Enjoy commentary about the benefits of home performance, tips on how to make the sale, and insight about rating programs. Hear information from both the builder and agent perspectives about what makes these properties desirable for homeowners. Learn about the technologies that make these properties leaders in performance innovation.

Vendor Showcase

Throughout the event, some of our exhibitors will be discussing key products and services in a classroom setting. These 60-minute sessions will run concurrently with breakout sessions. These sessions can be found in the conference app or on the program site.
