Yes, the Upper Midwest Regional Conference & Trade Show is an in-person event, hosted October 12-13, 2021, in Minneapolis, MN.
When registering online, you will be prompted to indicate if you want to receive CEUs and, if yes, which of the approved CEUs you want. Some of the CEUs require your membership identification number. The bar code on your name badge, provided onsite, will be scanned at each session you attend. Post-conference, your attendance information will be submitted to the appropriate CEU accrediting bodies.
You can check to see if you’ve signed up for CEUs and/or have listed any dietary restrictions by accessing your online registration. To do so, click here and enter your badge number found on your registration confirmation and email address.
Yes, trade show access is included in the registration fee.
Continental breakfast and lunch are included on both days of the conference.
No. Each attendee must purchase an individual conference registration. One-day passes are available in addition to the full conference registration if you cannot attend both days.
No refunds will be given as of September 12, 2021. Requests for refunds that are received in writing through 11:59 p.m. on September 11, 2021, will be granted minus a $75 cancellation fee for attendees and a $625 cancellation fee for exhibitor tables. For anyone registered by invoice, Building Performance Association must receive payment by September 24, 2021.

FAQ - 2021 National Conference
Registered attendees will receive access information for the conference a few days before the conference kicks off. Please watch your email (and check those spam and junk folders!) for your access email.
The 2021 National Home Performance Conference is offered as a virtual-only event, hosted live April 12-16, 2021. All sessions will be recorded and available on-demand.

BPA members receive discounted rates to attend! You can join BPA here to receive the member rate.
Virtual Conference Rates
- Non-Member Registration: $450
- Member Registration: $350
You can register any time to access on-demand conference content until October 12, 2021.
Sessions will be available through October 12, 2021, via the BPA Learning Library.
Yes! This conference registration and staff time to attend are allowable uses of T&TA funds.

All sessions, live and recorded, will be available through the BPA Learning Library. Registrants will be emailed instructions to access the Learning Library at least 48 hours prior to the start of the conference.
Attendess can submit for CEU credits through the BPA Learning Library after completing sessions.
Yes. You can earn CEUs by watching recorded sessions and do not have to attend live sessions to earn CEUs. All sessions will be available to view on-demand until October 12, 2021.
No. Once a registration is made, it cannot be canceled. You may transfer registration to another person.
